In the last few years, with the rapid development of domestic glass fibre in dustries, it's very urgent for people to use glass fiberizing bushing with many pores. Because of its special and fine construction and its high request towords material high-temperiture creep property, domestic and international glass fibre manufacturing industries pay attention to the manufacturing techniques of glass fiberizing bushing. At present, in the domestic, for lack of stable base plate material, the mature techniques of base plate and nozzle manufacturing, and the whole punching techniques,the manufacturing of most glass fiberizing bushings with many pores depends on the imported base plate from abroad and domestic assembling. It badly limited the rapid advance of glass fiberizing bushing manufacturing techniques.With the combination of theory and practice, this paper analyzes the property and the request of glass fiberizing bushing material,discusses the main enhancing methods and enhancing machine of the material of bushing and the choice of the enhancing methods. On the basis of the theory analyses,this paper put forward the glass fibre manufacturing techniques that is the base plate, material is made of PtRh20%, the nuzzle is made of the stick material by drilling and cutting, the base plate and the nozzle are welding together by argon-arc welding, and at last all of them are assembled to form the glass fiberizing bushing.The research of the glass fiberizing bushing with many holds has carried out that domestic base plate replace the imported base plate from abroad, the manufacturing cost is about half of that of the imported base plate ,the manufacturing period is reduced from 2-3 months to 0.5-1 month .It is greatly increased the ratio of the property and the price of the product,and meet the demand of the customers'.
