With the world optical-electronic industry development rapidly, the requirement for small size lenses, especially non-spherical lenses, were increased rapidly. This directly led to the quantity raised of optical glass Gob materials that were used of the performed product for precision press of optical elements. So, producing the fine Gob materials that could be directly used of precision press of optical elements became an economic and real advantage subject.This thesis was based on the requirement for optical glass being taken shape mould materials, described the properties of the metal- -materials endurance of elevated temperature, nonmetal-materials and ceramic-materials, summarized the civil and the oversea mould materials research level and manufacture ways. By the experiments directed at the requirement for mould materials, the problem of materials of mould in elevated temperature to be oxidized and corroded was fundamentally overcome, upgrade the Gob materials shaped surface quality.By way of the general narrating to manufacture ways for the glass performed elements, then followed the viscosity curve of selected glass type, the thesis designed Pt. Material discharging pipe with heated by electricity. With drop water reason, it experienced the molten glass dropping materials experiment, removed the leaved cut-scar of traditional cut materials way with shears, achieved the smooth, complete and fine rough degree surface of materials, and attained an operational technological parameter.
