| Bactericide triadimefon is being popularized to use all over the world today, but very little information is available about its behaviors in soil. In order to comprehensively evaluate eco-environmental security of triadimefon and for its reasonably application and environmental restoration, the behaviors including the adsorption and degradation of triadimefon were probed, the influence factor were also referred to. The main conclusion obtained were listed as follows:Chapter one was introduction, in which the basic concepts, theories and current advances were reviewed briefly on adsorption and degradation of pesticide. In addition, research advance of triadimefon was summarized concisely. The contents and significances of this research were also included in this chapter. In the second chapter, absorption of triadimefon in five different soils was studied. The results indicated that: (1) The absorption balance time was 8 h. (2) The isotherm data were fitted to Freundlich equation (R > 0.98). The adsorption rates of triadimefon in the soils were in the sequence of tinted meadow soil (33.38%) < quaternary period laterite (56.13%) < hemp slag (63.63%) < red earth (66.50%) < black earth (76.63%). Adsorption constant K_d followed a sequence of black earth > quaternary period laterite > red earth > hemp sandy soil > tinted meadow soil. The mobility of triadimefon in black earth was the weakest, and was the strongest in tinted meadow soil. (3) The K_d value increased with increasing organic matter and CEC. The correlative coefficient between K_d value and organic matter and CEC were 0.9899 and 0.9684, respectively. (4) The absorption action of triadimefon was exterior absorption in the five soils. In the third chapter, a series of cationic, nonionic and cationic-nonionic organobentonites were synthesized by application of cationic surfactant Dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride(DTAC), nonionic surfactant Triton X-100, and their mixture, respectively. At the same time, the absorption properties and mechanisms of triadimefon on these organobentonites were studied. The results... |
