Injection molding is an important method of polymer process. Along with the rapid development of plastic industry, CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) technique is playing an aided and guided role both on optimization of the processing technics and on improving the qualities of polymer products.In this study, the injection processes of 3 typical plastic parts were simulated and analyzed with CAE technique. Afterwards the analysis of the optimization design was presented. Also according to the simulation, the injection moldings were practiced in laboratory. Especially, the process of one part with complicated structure was multi-simulated and analyzed by given different parameters in each project. Comparing the analysis results between the different projects, and also comparing the analysis results with the experimental results, Moldflow software was tested and evaluated on it's precision. It was regarded that Moldflow software was very effective and helpful on simulation of the injection process, estimation of the defects of polymer products, and also on providing effective methods of optimization designs for injection molding.
