MeAPO-11 zeolites have been received extensive attention because of their exchangeable property of cation, adjustable property of acidity, excellent thermal and hydrothermal properties. They could be broadly used as adsorbent catalyst support of catalyst and ion-exchanger. In this paper a series of MeAPO-11 and MeSAPO-11 zeolites were synthesized by microwave radiation and characterized using XRD,NH3-TPD, TG-DTA, SEM and BET. Pt/SAPO-11 catalysts were also prepared and their n-hexadecane hydroisomerization activities were evaluated in a continuous fixed-bed microreactor. The results of this work are as follows:(1) MeAPO-11 and MeSAPO-11 zeolites are firstly successly synthesized by microwave radiation. The influence of synthetic conditions such as n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3), pH, cryatallizing pressure and time on the physicochemical properties of the zeolites is investigated. The SEM results show that the particle size of SAPO-11 zeolites synthesized...
