As usual, the welding quality can be got through making the parameter of weld arts stable and the test after welding. Due to a plenty of randon influence factors, we can not avoid completely producing welding defect only through stabilizing parameter of weld arts and crafts. It is necessary that we carry the test after welding ,but it has not the character of real time, and can not discover welding defect in time. With the development of the comprehension of the arc and the progress for the modern signal collection technology, it is possible to pick the characteristic information about welding quality from the current and voltage signals of arc. .And the automatic evaluation system for welding comes true at last . This thesis sets up the system of transfer process, in order to study the evalution system for CO2 arc welding.First of all, we got a system of collection and analyses based on the DSP (TMS230LF2407). The system deals with the electricity signals using the character of quick operation. It uses statistical analyses to pick up serial characrtistic parameter from arc current and voltage after collect the arc current and voltage in the real time through welding, for example, current possibility density distribution, voltage possibility density distribution and frequency distribution of elding, and short circuit time, The system uses the parameter to evaluate the welding quality.Secondarily, under the surrounding of Delphi, in order to line the DSP and PC ,we need develop the plane of quality analysis ,which is able to shows lots of factors ,such as showing figures ,waveform ,current and the density of voltage the time of fire ,the time of short-circuit. We can know the stability of welding process by doing research in the cures and wave- form.. Finally, by doing a lot of experiments in CO2 welding ,we do research in information characters and the influence of CO2 welding process .study further to analysis the factors of CO2 welding process short-circuit, research in different welding speed, welding-penetrating, diverse inductance, the length of wire and every factors of article- circuit .We do further study between CO2 welding information and wielding quality for on-line monitoring CO2 welding joint quality., We know more about welding process in information analysis angle , which is important as the base on the on-line monitoring and the accessing quality.
