Polyaniline have unique doped behavior, good electrochemistry reversibility and high conductance. Doped state and undoped state Polyaniline have some excellence, such as good stability, easy synthesize and low cost. Polyaniline is deemed to one of conducting polymer of best actual application future. Doped state and undoped state polyaniline have disputed in anti-corrosion coating. So this article studied anti-corrosion behavior of doped state and undoped state polyaniline in different condition (acidity and neutral).Firstly, polyaniline-humic acid compounds (PANI-HA) were synthesized in same test condition by three oxidant system [(NH4)2S2O8 (APS); FeSO4/H2O2; (NH4)2Cr2O7]. Results showed that different compounds change a little in conductivity, but change a lot in yield. So this article selects APS as oxidant.Then, the synthesis conditions influence to polyaniline-humic acid compounds were studied. When droping rate of APS is 1.1mmolAPS/min PANI-HA compounds have high conductivity. When synthesis time over four hours PANI-HA compounds's conductivity become steady. The compounds were synthesized by changing the proportion of aniline and APS or HA in 0-5℃, low speed stir, the rate of oxidant on 1.1mmolAPS/min, reaction four hours. Results showed that APS is the main factors to yield of PANI-HA compounds. The yield of compounds exceed 100% when the proportion of aniline and HA is 0.714, that showed humic acid been oxidized to multi-oxygen compound. The conductivity of PANI-HA compounds can reach 10-2S/cm.
