With high specific surface area, ordered pore structure, facilely tailorable pore size (2-3nm) excellence, Mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 often use macromolecule compose field, and can used to the converge reactivity reactor.This thesis compose the MCM-41 with hydrothermal treatment in alkaline method, it has good crystallization degree and regular pore channels by using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as template, sodium silicate solution as inorganic silica source. It was shown that when the molar ratio of the reaction mixture reached to CTMAB: Si=0.15mol, Si: Na=0.5mol, after crystallizating at 120℃ for 48 hours, burning 550 temperature, burning time:6 hour. Then the materials were characterized by XRD, thermogravimetric analysis, and N₂ adsorption-desorption experiments. It turned out the sample possessed ordered hexagonal mesoporous channels, high specific surface area of 1207 m²/g, high specific pore volume of 1.03 cm³/g and narrow pore distribution between 2-3nm.Mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 can used to the "nameter reactor" with single disperse structure, in virtue of ultrasonic with high frequency, short wavelength ,good aspect, strong shock character and so on, Aniline monocase and mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 advance pretreatment, in order to let aniline monocase adsorb in pore structure of mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41.In this experiment we discuss the infection about the concentration of HC1 , (NH₄)₂S₂O₈ and the temperature, find the best condition: HC1: 1.5mol/L (NH₄)₂S₂O₈1.0mol/L, temperature: 15℃, time:10h.Check the best sample, X-ray analyse find,composing polyaniline in the hole of mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 is better than commonly polyaniline with crystal degree and order degree; FTIR analyse find: composite material character apex is einstein shift, adding character apex with mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41,this phenomenon show,Silicon-hydroxy polarity with mesoporous molecular sieve cliff contain polarity group with polyaniline, polyaniline body use...
