However, it isn't a stronger one, such as the poor management, especially in aspect of manufacture management, because we don't have the experience of industrialization. So we lack a lot of fundamental technique about furniture industry. As economy deeply developing in the word,The basic technique is regarded as the important thing in order to information revolution, which include Time Study, Output Analysis, Material Standard, Technological Process Standard.key work places of penal furniture is researched by industrial engineering and mathematical statistics ways. Work time and output analysis of sawing,edging, drilling machine is finished in the paper, furthermore, the author make effort to solve the effect between kinds of parts and operation time, setup time,loading time, unloading time; the effect between output and different operator,working method.The result of study shows:1. A new time study method which is called Camera-Stopwatch ways is established.2. Calculating method of work time is established in the paper. Especially in simultaneously operation of many people which is called Small Line ways.3. Mathematical effect model between kinds of parts and operating time is established.4. Effect model between output and different working method is established. Furthermore, the new method is proposed to improve the output.5. The systematic method is proposed by time study of work sample.
