Calixarenes were the third generation supermolecule after crown ether and cyclodextrin. Due to their easy functionalization and strong complexing properties towards cations, anions and neutral molecules, they have received particular interests of numerous chemists in recent years. Functional calixarenes have been applied successfully to biomimetic research and separation science and technology. The heterocyclic compounds containing phosphorus were prone to recombination with ion, plumbum & cadmium. Several calix[4]arene and its derivatives were synthesized and their performance of extracted iron, plumbum & cadmium were studied. Because of calixarenes and heterocyclic compounds containing phosphorus had special performances, we fumbled reactive conditions of calix[4]arene devivatives with phosphorus halide. This thesis included the following main points:1 The p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene was synthesized by using p-tert-butylphenol & formaldehyde and its yield got to 56.1%. The factors that affected the yield were studied, such as the amount of alkali, rate of accelerated temperature.2 The reaction which compound A drawed off tert-butys was studied. Meanwhile, the p-hydro- calix[4]arene was synthesized under conditions of dry-aluminium chloride. Also, the reactive factors were studied, such as amount of aluminium chloride, reactive time & temperature.3 Refluxing 60h in the acetonitrile, the compound C & D by using compoud B & A were synthesized under conditions of self-synthesized iodo-ethanol, potassium carbonate. The compound D was a new compound, and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS.4 Conditions of reaction between compound D and phosphorus halide were studied .Our work were prepared for the continuing work, although we didn't get the object products.5 It was studied that performance of extraction iron, plumbum & cadmium with calix[4]arene and its derivatives by 722 & TAS-986 spectrophotometer. The results show that calix[4]arene and its derivatives had extracted well iron & plumbum and their rate of extraction were got to 67.0% and 42.8%. They almost didn't extractedcadmium and its rate of extraction was only 8.5%. |
