The Accidents Forecast Simulation And Safety Programming Of City MHI

With the rapid development of market economy and the policy of the reform and opening, the chemical industry in our country is growing fast too. A lot of large pressure vessel and tank zone were built, where stored a great deal of poisonous, harmful, flammable, explosion chemical materials. But there are many defects in the safety management of MHI in our country — the search-and-find of the major hazard installations is not sufficient, MHI's distribution is not clear,some fire explosion accidents happened some time, urgency cases is not complete and urgency decision is not timely etc. So we must quickly use modern technology to analyse and control MHI, in order to accelerate the safety management and make it effective.To meet this requirement,in this paper,we investigated the fire explosion accidents of MHI in cities. First, offering the definition of MHI MHI's category and discrimination standard,analysising the background about MHI's research at home and abroad, and introducing the GB of the people of republic of China-the standard of MHI's discrimination;Second,combining with the situation of Huainan city, we investigated the number distribution of gas station and the situation of pressure vessel in Huaihua Corp in Huainan city, we made the data as tables, it is convenient to query;Third,on the basis of previous research, we established mathematic model about fire explosion accidents, and offered calculation method;Fourth,we simulated fire and explosion accidents of a liquid ammonia storing pot in three different situation: physic explosion, Vapor Cloud Explosion and Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosions;Fifth,establishing the city security programming,explained the evidence basic principia the programming's term and range the target and its category, then clarifying the process of the programming;Sixth,using GIS(Geographical Information System)software to establish Major Hazard Installations Control System with my classmate, we started with system requirement, established the database of MHI,it can discriminate MHI automaticly,in the electronical map,we can intuitively find out the influence area of the accidents.
