| It is an efficient way to realize the modernization of state-owned enterprises in the case of traditional equipments economized NC reformed. By using modern auto-control theories, a traditional C620 lathe made by No. 114 factory in Hebei province is taken as the studied object. On the basis of which, NC-based reform of its servo-systems are studied here. All the contents are included as follows:1) Analyze the motion principle of C620 lathe;then, by the help of the simulation, a mathematic model which can reflect properties of its motional and steady state is established.2) According to the principles of Mechanics, Dynamics and Electronics, the types of screw-nut set, the DC servo-motors and the driving-ratios are determined. The parameters which reflect the properties of C620 lathe are calculated. The real mathematic model is established.3) In the system of Simulink in MATLAB, simulate the real closed-loop's mathematic model. The abilities of system steadiness, quickness and location are analyzed and tested. The possibilities and reasonableness of the lathe are evaluated.4) The servo-system is designed according to the principles of CAD. Not only the model block of the servo-system, but also a man-computer dialogue frame are constructed. This can optimize the parameters of the servo-systems and improve the designing efficiency.5) A reforming project of the typical parts of the servo-system is given.6) The electrical-control parts of the C620 lathe is designed by using PLC. The trapezoidal figures of the spindle and the servo-systems are given. The programs of the PLC are programmed. A reforming project of whole electric parts is given.The studies offer facility technicians in enterprises not only a scientific efficient way of realizing NC reform of traditional equipments, but also some references and lessons of other kinds of traditional facilities. |
