| This thesis focuses on the study of the Darzens reaction to synthesis of novel ferrocenyl derivatives. This thesis mainly consists of the following two parts.The first part is reviews which contains three chapters. The first chapter introduces the applications and the development of ferrocene and its derivatives. And in the second chapter, we briefly introduces the methods which are used to synthesize α ,β- epoxy ketone. The third chapter focuses on the properties and its applications inorganic reaction and organic synthesis in solid phase.The second part is the study of Darzens reaction to synthesize of novel ferrocenyl α,β- epoxy ketone. This thesis uses α- chloroacetylferrocene and various aldehydes to form trans-product. Also we examined the results obtained in solid phase and in a solvent. The results show that the main advantages of the solid-state Darzens reaction are easy operation, rapid reaction, high selectivity and satisfied yields. All those mentioned compounds have been determined by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, FAB, IR and have been tested by EA, too. |
