The oil suspengded in waste water from cold mill is difficult to treated by traditional technics because of the low chemical oxygen demand and high biochemical oxygen demand. It is a new technics to treated oil suspengded in waste water from cold mill by contact oxidation method. Shanghai Baogang has used this technics in their 2030 Cold Mill. They have got the high removal rate of oil suspengded and chemical oxygen demand through using special bacteriums and technics optimized. So it will also be used in Baotou 1560 Cold Mill.This paper will introduce the technics about the waste water treatment station in Baotou Cold Mill and the "Bei jia qing" bacterium. It will also analyze the principle of contact oxidation method and organic matter degradation. We will take a simulation experiment of "Bei jia qing" bacterium to get some date of degradation rate in different conditions. By means of these date, we want to find a optimal condition for contact oxidation method using "Bei jia qing" bacterium.
