Nowadays, eutrophication is one of serious problems in the world.Because of the shortage of freshwater, the reuse water is becoming one of the most important water resource. The reuse water is mainly used in urban circumstance and urban zoology. The mainly purpose is the supplement of sight. In recent years, although the efficiency of WWTP in china has gradually increased, the problems of eutrophication caused by wastewater enriched with nitrogen and phosphorus are not solved but becoming acute.Along with the emergence of new technical and new equipment gradually being mature and extensive applied, also make water treatment this ancient work a thriving source of vitality. A handle to the aqueous treatment technique, the technique of filter separating is applied more extensively. The filter separation process has characteristics below: the material does not take place to change mutually, the separation coefficient is bigger and being operated in indoors temperature, economizing on energy efficiently. It is a new technique for debasing the crisis of energy and resources, and solving the pollution of the environment what contemporary mankind facing.This article studies the wastewater which comes from the secondary effluent of wastewater treatment plant was treated by UF membrane. The results be shown as following: ① The experimental UF outflow has been observed that the turbidity value always less than o.1NTU even modified the inflow turbidity values.② The performance of removing organism by UF membrane is not so effective, it has been observed that the organism in outflow can not be controlled and the removal rate is about 30%. ③ The membrane working pressure is the force of filtration mostly. In the initial stages, the effect of separation process depends on the material of membrane. After a while, the effect of separation process depends on the coagulative and flocculability ability offiltration residue layer. Hence in the test of MWC has litter difference on the separation process of water resource after a period.In this paper, in order to seeing about to the change disciplinarian of TMP. the flux of membrane was changed. The maximum flux of membrane was ascertained in the state of micro-flocculation and ultrafiltration. This experiments's result make clear that: when the water from the secondary effluent of wastewater treatment plant was directly treated by UF membrane with micro-flocculation, the maximum flux of membrane is 50 L/m2?h.Flocculent of aluminum and flocculent of iron were used in this study. The result proved that all flocculent of aluminum and flocculent of iron could remove the total phosphorus. The best amount of flocculent of aluminum is 15mg/L and the best amount of flocculent of iron is lOmg/L. But whether flocculent of aluminum or flocculent of iron, the efficient of removal of total nitrogen was not ideal.Compared the main item of water treated by UF membrane to the quality of renew water control guide line (GB/T18921 —2002) which was applied to circumstance, the author consider that when the amount of flocculent was right, the renew water treated by UF membrane could be used to the supplement water of sight.
