| The glass fiber is one kind of performance outstanding inorganic nonmetallic material, and its quality and the glass furnace temperature has the close relation. In the temperature control system stated in this paper, the microcontroller gathers the temperature signals and controls it independently, then through the serial interface, delivers the temperature signals to personal computer to carry out handling. This paper states several methods of measure temperature. A indirect method of measuring temperature by measuring electric current and voltage is provided. Aim at the point of crucible and high temperature, designed the method of using platinum probe to process liquid location control and MCU timing liquid location control. The characteristics of each method were presented.When based on object, having the characteristic of denaturizing, randomness and systematic model is hard to establish, conventional PID controller is hard to satisfy the requirement of the control precision of furnace temperature. The using of Fuzzy Logic Controller makes the parameters self-adaptation of PID controller possible when Fuzzy Logic Controller and PID controller are combined together;it also perfects the properties of PID controller and improves the precision of controller system. The combination of Fuzzy Logic Toolbox and SIMULINK are used to realize this kind of controller simulation, the result shows that this control strategy is correct and effective. |
