Eutrophication now has become a great threat to the normal function of the urban water system. And it becomes an important measure to solve the problem of water eutrophication to strengthen the wastewater treatment and control the discharge of the nutrient substances such as N&P. With an individual secondary sedimentation tank and sludge recycling system, the DE oxidation ditch process, in which the nitrification and denitrification proceed alternately, has the advantages of simple process circuit, low investment, high efficiency, fully automatic operation, low operating cost and has caused attentions all over the world.This paper investigated, compared and demonstrated the wastewater treatment process of Xingji River Wastewater Plant in Jinan, and successfully solved the problem of urban water pollution in the region.The contend of the research includes:1. To investigate. Study and preview the main factors related to this item on the base of the necessary investigating data.2. Put forward 3 possible processes suitable for this item: the DE oxidation ditch process, the A/A/O process, and the traditional aeration process. And finally chose the DE oxidation ditch process as the treatment process in view of both technical availability and economical suitability, and then engineering design were carried out in the subject.3. To proceed production experiment research. Collect and analysis the present operating data. The results indicated that the DE oxidation ditch process is a variable proceed for the water conditions of this works. COD, BOD, SS, NH3-N 和 PO43-—P removal efficiencies could reach 79.4 % , 94.4 % , 84.4 % , 89.5 % and 67.4 %respectively. The effluent water quality can meet the requirement of national discharge standard. And the process, with the advantages of high efficiency, stable performance, capability of countering strike load, can be promoted for a more popular use in the design of a wastewater works having the similar water conditions. |
