This paper is devoted to the study of bleaching of the purifying procedure in textile industry, and compared to the normal bleaching, proposed the concept of cleaning technics in purifying bleaching. The study shows that better effect can be achieved by adopting the procedure of purifying bleaching in place of such existing bleaching as sub-sodium chlorate bleaching, hypo-sodium chlorate bleaching and peroxide hydrogen bleaching.Purifying bleaching means to bleach the cloth by using high purified chlorine dioxide (higher than 98%) produced by certain generators and the property of bleaching to bleach the factors of generating color in cloth, thus gaining the effect of cloth bleaching.In the analysis study of the high purifying chlorine dioxide facilities, this article puts forward some generator with high reliability, low cost and high converting rate of raw materials, which is the so-called chlorine dioxide generator using sodium chlorate, per-hydroxide as raw materials. By using the generator, the rate of sodium chlorate conversion can reach as high as 99%, the purity of chlorine dioxide can be of 99%, too. Able to produce 1kg of chlorine dioxide with raw materials 1.68kg of sodium chlorate, 1.40kg of peroxide hydrogen (30%), 3.70 kg of sulphuric acid (93%) with production cost of $12.83/kg. With the conversion rate of raw materials being very high, even up to 99.9%, the amount of chlorate radical created while treating raw materials almost comes to naught, fulfilled the cleaning technics. In the study of bleaching experimentation, bleaching tank and certain sets of facilities such as titration meters, color-match meters and discharge meters are made use of, under the condition that the value pH is between 3.5 and 9.0;temperature is between 30 ℃ and 50 ℃;and time between 15 and 240 minutes. By comparison, it is completely certain that the condition for best bleaching technique is PH is controlled around 7.0, temperature around 50℃;and time around 60 minutes. The cloth bleached by that means is not only high in whiteness but also high in strength, and therefore its whole quality has paralleled or even beyond the existing national quality standard. In the feasibility analysis of bleaching application based on the existing bleaching workshop Ji-nan Yuanshou Knitting Company Limited, the major parts of thefacilities are broken down to make room for the new chlorine dioxide generator so as to form a complete purifying bleaching production line. Also, the methods of operating chlorine dioxide generator, the procedure points that should be paid attention to, the budget of the investment of the project, the estimate of the economic value brought about with the replacement of sub-bleaching technique with purifying bleaching technique. It is estimated that great benefits can be achieved with the transformation based on the existing sub-bleaching technique, and that the whole investment funds can be returned within 2.35 years after tax payment with the financial benefit higher than its trade benefit.
