| In the beginning, we generally discuss the classification, various physical andchemical characters of flavones in this paper. And the research which focused onextraction, purification, separation and analysis process of flavones are introduced andcompared. In the aspect of extraction, we compare the total extracting yields among threedifferent solutions (water, ethanol solution and the n-butyl alcohol/water two-phasesolvent system) for extraction by change the extracting conditions. The experimentalresults show that the ethanol solution obtained the highest yield in some conditions. The extraction performance of water also has a good result. The extractionperformance of the two-phase solvent system is better than the pure solvents, with thehighest extraction yield obtained at the apparent volume ratio of 1:1. It means that theintegration of leaching and liquid-liquid extraction can increase the extraction yieldsignificantly. After that, we try to probe into the difference of mechanism between theextractions with the n-butyl alcohol/water two-phase solvent system and the onephase solution. After that, we decided to use the water as the extracting solution, and pure theflavones extracting with water by liquid-liquid extraction and columnchromatography. |
