| Water resource is one of the dominant factors affecting the ecological environment. Carrying capability of water resource has the important effect in the development of the nature and society. Along with the rapid economic development, the conflict between water environmental pollution and water environmental capacity in JiangYin City is very serious. By the study of water environmental capacity, we can know the actuality of water environmental capacity and carrying capability of water resource, optimize the water environmental capacity and establish basic for the whole improvement of water environment in villages and towns of JiangYin City. Basing on water function classification, the thesis confirms the control units of water environmental capacity, water area and the control object of water quality. The thesis investigates the important industrial pollution, living pollution, surface pollution and the other pollutions which flow to the control units of water environmental capacity. After confirming enter river coefficient, the article calculate the pollution quantity entering river of control units. By setting up water quantity and quality model of river nets in JangYin City, using various hydrology and water quantity data, the article gained the correspond parameter, calculate the ideal and realistic water environmental capacity of control units and contrast the actuality of polluting headstream. Basing on the study of calculation of water environmental capacity in JiangYin City, the thesis brings forward the measures protecting and improving water environment. By the effectual control of polluting headstream and pollution emission, we can cut pollutions, clear silts, transfer water and zoology-biology remove pollution. As a result of these engineering technologies, the polluting degree in river will lighten. The rivers will resume water self clean ability by the zoology protecting rivers. |
