| Dyeing and finishing wastewater is an important part of industry wastewater in our country,which characterized by high lever of alkali,colour,organics,poor biodegradability and heave toxicity.lt will make severe pollution to water system and deteriorate the aquatic ecosystem if discharged into environment without treatment.This paper has explored some treatment technologies.During the flocculation ,we studied the function of some flocculation agents including PAC and FeSO4.By the expulsion percents of chromaticity and CODcr,we get the best concentration of agent and the best pH.We also studied the best time of agitation and deposition,and found the best condition of the flocculation expriment.We used hollow fiber microfiltration membrane deal with the indigotin wastewater ,and found the the removal rate of turbidity and chroma reached to more than 99%.The producted water is clarify and transparence. We analyze the membrane fouling through the SEM, and cleaned the membrane with water and chemical medicament. The recovery of membrane flux can reach to 90% after washing by dithering of gas and water.The activated carbon adsorption and nanofiltration membrane could further expulse the CODcr of the microfiltration membrane's product water. Through the disposal the product water could accord with nation discharge criterion. |
