CaCO 3/CaO -CaSO 4wet FGD is the most efficient and ripest method. This paper isabout the towers' selection of CaCO 3/CaO -CaSO 4wet FGD. Firstly it gives the masstransfer model of the four typical wet flue gas desulphurization towers, and analyses the masstransfer mechanism. Secondly discusses the design of towers initially, and gives theexperiential formula. Thirdly does the technology comparison of the four towers in fuzzymath method. Finally compares the operation expenses of the four towers mainly from theconsumption of electricity, absorbent and water, and provide the selection scheme of thedesulphurization towers.
