Research On Obstacle Of Chinese Environmental Law Enforcement

The rapid development of economy and technology has resulted in aseries of severe environmental problems in China, meanwhile, which also is anew challenge to Chinese execution of environmental law.Execution of environmental law is an important part of environmentallegal system. Every year China devotes tremendous energy into the execution,however, there still exists problems. These problems not only severely restrictthe development of Chinese environmental legal system but also engendernegative effect on economical and social sustainable development.In this article, the writer mainly analyzed the conception and the valuedirection of execution of environmental law, generalize the fact that how theforeign countries strengthen the execution of environmental law. Based onthese, the writer gave us a detail drawing of the obstacle in execution ofenvironmental law , which include obstacle in execution environment,obstacle in environmental legal system, obstacle caused by government andobstacle of judicature. In the final part, the writer put forward somesuggestion and countermeasures in order to have a rational cognition of thefuture execution of environmental law.
