According to the peculiar character of waxy crude oil, the action mechanism of Pour Point Depressant (PPD) is generalized and investigated in this paper, and it is different in different growth period of wax crystal, which is closely related to the chemical constitution according to different type of PPD, the addition PPD treatment conditions, and the heat and shear history that crude oil goes though in pipeline, etc..The selecting experiment in lab that adding PPD to the well of Daqing field. We choice the F-5339 high-waxy crude oil PPD from some kind of PPD made in Chinese market, and studying all kinds of factors that influence the pour point effect in clued to dosage, activities temperature, heating time, cooling rate and cutting rate etc., and make certain the best using condition of PPD. At the same time, the appropriate PPD for Daqing crude oil that higher alloy acrylate (C18 and C20C22)-maleic anhydride-styrene-vinyl acetate copolymer were synthesized.The optimum catalyst and its content were obtained. The monomers including acrylic acid and higher alcohol, maleic anhydride, styrene and vinyl acetate. The proportion of carbon in higher alloy acrylate (C18 and C20-C22) were 4:1:1 and the optimum mol proportion of reactant that higher alloy acrylate (C18 and C20C22), maleic anhydride, styrene and vinyl acetate were 10:1:1:1. The optimum catalyst dosage is 3%, acting temperature is 90℃ and reacting time is 8h. |
