The Research And Experiment Of Two-stage Aeration Neutralization Process On Acid Washing Wastewater

According to the status of very serious water pollution in Dainan town, which was caused by the industrial wastewater from more than 500 stainless steel product plants outflowing into the river around factotry arbitrarily without any treatment. The technical program, which was detailed in this dissertation, is to treat acid washing waste-liquid and acid washing waste water respectively. According to water quality of acid waste water, this paper sets forth the treatment progress of two-stage aeration neutralization progress on acid washing waste water, which is not only discussed on theory but also refered to the result of model experimentation. The result of engineering operating shows that such two-stage aeration neutralization progress has distinct effect on contaminant removal of acid waste water. Further more, effluent could meet the request of certain standard and the whole process presents rationality and feasibility.Currently, the implementation of this engineering item improves the water environment of Dainan, and the instauration of water ecosystem is to be expected in confidence.
