| In digitized today, Comrade Jiang Zeming has pointed out that" information-driven industrialization". The degree of information has become the important standard of measuring the modernized and Comprehensive competitive power of a garment enterprises. Quality is the symbol of modern production, and the equipment is the insurance of Manufacturing industry. Advanced productive equipment with computer has more reqirement to the person who use it. But the professionals in garment whose is not very high. So it is the need to train them before use the advanced equipment. But its high price and the English-version manual makes it impossible to be put to its full use. Therefore, it is imperative to train staff who will be able to operate on advanced and sophisticated machines.In consideration of the above questions, this thesis proposes a research on the combined use of the virtual simulation technology and the textile technology with the purpose of developing virtual textile equipment for the training purpose. As per the ideal of ask questions, analyse the question andthen solve the question. I have done a groping research on this problem.First of all, analyse the problem academic, find out the application and the development of the virtual simulation in the advanced manufacturing industries.Secondly, classify pockets as different methods and do a research on different sewing projects. Analyse the influencing factors ,such as shape of sewing, performance of fabric ,stitch distance and so on.Thirdly, give a research on the automatic sleeve-sewing machine. Especially on the computer and on how to programme .At the same time ,combine the research results before and then get the choice sewing project.Then ,on the base of the research before, to acknowledge the function and priorities of the machine better, I have done some experiments .After the experiments ,1 find the experimental values is always different from the value given on computer. So I give some experiments again to have research on the relation between the pocket length and sewing parameters. I choose the typical pocket style do experiment. Then I just SPSS software to analyse the experimental values. It just give me the conclusion that different fabric have different change .Range about lmm~8mm.At last ,on the base of research before and the analysis ,combine the virtual simulation technology, I have make out an script. In cooperation withthe Information College, with the software of Java, Java3D, JBuild 9, and .Chm, etc, a simple automatic pocket-sewing simulation system.This topic has made a pioneering exploration into the combination of the advanced technology and the traditional technology. It not only proposes a new kind of teaching and training methods, but the research findings are very practical. It has been used in teaching ,and reputably .It follows the trend of the manufacturing, responsive to the call of the "information-driven industrialization", therefore, it is very innovative and practical. |
