Due to the difficulties involved in DDNP industrial wastewater treatment, the technological process of DDNP industrial wastewater treatment was designed and researched in this paper in order to supply a technology with great pertinence and rationality. At the same time, such technology could be also available and economical enough to fulfill distinct requests.Iron chip internal electrolysis method is an available method for DDNP wastewater treatment. By investigation and analysis, internal electrolysis method could be used in hydroxybenzene-wastewater pretreatment for improving the biochemical nature of wastewater and the bio-chemical reaction following. Such method is able to break the chain of macromolecule organic waste in the wastewater as well as give sufficient effort to color development and decolor of color-developed radical. Moreover, the method had plenty of advantages such as high purify efficience, less floor area, easily operated equipment, less sludge, less secondary pollution and no temperature influence outside.By research of organic wastewater with high concentration and Hydroxybenzene -wastewater treatment technology, DDNP wastewater treatment process technology was designed while the experiment result was analyzed based on the DDNP industrial wastewater speciality, practicial situation and core process as Iron chip internal electrolysis method.Research result: â‘ DDNP industrial wastewater treatment process technology that based on Iron chip internal electrolysis method had great pertinence and also well designed. â‘¡The acidified raw water was available to decolor by specific decolor reactor. When pH=2, the decolor effect could be the best. When pH=7-8(after neutralisation), chroma would be less than 50 times and no rebound in the help of filtration and deep oxygenation. â‘¢The optimization experiment shows that removing rate of CODcr could be more than 80% and chroma was almost null under those conditions following: reaction temperature 25-30, RT=48h, V(Fe):V(C)=(1.1-1.5):1, aeration volume 40L/h, neutralization pool pH=9-10. â‘£Mid-experiment proved that DDNP waste could be removed obviously by raw water acidification, iron chip internal electrolysis, neutralization and deep oxygenation. According to the experiment, supernatant liquid was almost colorless. The experiment result could be used to conduct the standardized discharge of wastewater and the economic technology could be also met the wastewater treatment local requests.
