| With the development at full speed of the auto industry, the demand for autobody panel grows day by day. The most important process is drawing process in autobody panel production. When drawing complex profile components such as autobody panel, we often found that the distortion degree what the product requests surpass the biggest distortion degree situation that the material permits .That causes the product to be unable the once drawing and must use multi-stage drawing process .The blank of behind drawing is the distorting blank of former drawing in multi-stage drawing. Because the blank has been distorted, therefore, the materials mechanics performance and thicknessuniformity are worse than the once drawing. Now multi-stage drawing process become a difficulty.This paper takes multi-stage drawing process as the researched object. First we use the FEA tool to promulgated the rule of multi-stage drawing process. we careful research the influence of the materials rigidification performance and thicknessuniformity and craft performance such as strength, mold geometry parameter, friction and lubrication condition in multi-stage drawing. Second we research multi-stage drawing process of a autobody panel, resolving its production problem, discussing the technical difficulty in autobody panel multi-stage drawing process, summarizing the rule , confirming the result through the experiment.The rule which be summarized in this paper make up the insufficiency of researching multi-stage drawing process and instruct the production. Which provide the foundation for deep fundamental research. Meanwhile, the research result provide the foundation for programming the multi-stage drawing process craft design soft and developing the expert system. |
