In the anodic Alumina membrane there are nano-scale holes which are equirotal and well-regulated, 4~200nm in the size of aperture and 1011singleton·cm-2 in the density of hole. A series of nano-materials such as nano-tube and nano-club can be fabricated by applying it as template. This preparing method is simple. During the course of nano-structural materials construction, the dream of people can be implemented freely. Since the scholar reported that they successfully prepared the nano alumina template, design and construction of nano-materials by using porous Alumina membrane as template have been thriving in the nano-materials field. It is the disquisitive basis of the nano-structural preparation that AAO template was successfully prepared. Our task combines with the other discussion, it is our aim preparing the template up to the mustard.Two-step anodic oxidation is applied in our experiment, in vitriol and oxalic acid two different electrolytes we prepare the porous Alumina membrane. At the same time, we success getting the big membrane through VRS method. Then we dissolve the porous Alumina membrane with 5wt% phosph. We get the best technical condition and optimize the technical parameter.The patter and mechanism of porous Alumina membrane had been investigated by TEM in this paper. The composition and configuration had been analysed by XRD, we know that the Alumina membrane is not crystalloid. Moreover, influence of preparation process of Aluminum anodic oxidation and two-step anodic oxidation on the Alumina membrane had also been studied .The result indication that the porous Alumina membrane was made of two layer films which were one layer porous Alumina film in the surface of membrane and other barrier layer was compaction and had no hole. But the porous layer contained high-density holes, which were parallel, each other and the hole apertures were the same. The parameters of porous Alumina Alumina membrane, such as aperture, hole density and aspect ratio, membrane thickness, had been affected by many factors mentioned above.The result indicates, there are two layers of Alumina membrane , porous layer and interdiction layer.
