| The disposal technology of coking wastewater in coke plant of Chongqing Iron & Steel Company has studied in this disseration. The research is combinated with the (producing) practice, and has obviously applied foreground, social benefit and enviormental efficiency.The coking wastewater should be pretreated by ferrate oxidation and high electric-hydraulic impulse electronics corona technology in the light of characteristics of the wastewater and intrinsic wastewater disposal plans in coke plant of Chongqing Iron & Steel Company. The experimental result is shown that ferrite oxidization has a strong degeneration ability for the difficult destruction compounds in coking wastewater. The destruction ratio is directly propertional to the quantity of ferrite and reactive time. The discharge process volt and electrod materials also inflect the experimental results. Distillation ammonia is substituted for process of the method.The characteristics of the old process and the improved process have been analyced . For the improved process, the removal ratio of the difficult desturctive polluter in coking wastewater is obviously increased and those of phenol, NH3-N and SS are reach to 98%-100% , and the concentration of phenol, NH3-N and SS is satisfied one order drainage standard of wastewater . The removal ration of COD is 95%-99% from running and debugging of the new process. The concentration of contaminations in wastewater is decreased, and the corrosion to facilities is weakened. |
