MPHU (Medium Pressure Hydro-Upgrading)technology is MPC (MediumPressure Cracking)technology applying to change the quality of the catalystcracking diesel.It can resolve the catalyst cracking diesel sulphur,nitrogen,thearomatic hydrocarbon content high, 16 alkanes low etc. problem,having the veryimportant meaning for the environmental protection. MPHU technology havevast of development foreground because the main means of the second petroleumprocess is catalyst cracking at our country .In the production processing,the catalyst keeps high activity is the mostimportant over a long period of time, excellent to operate parameter is premiseraising the economic performance. This text draws lessons from the domestic andinternational research result, research sulphur, nitrogen, oxygen,hydrocarbon ofaromatic, metals, heavy miscellaneous quality content and raw materials in theraw material property influence to the catalyst activity and stability, researchresponding pressure,responding temperature,the hydrogen relative tooil,processing quantity influence to catalyst activity, the product distribute andthe product property. This thesis combines concrete production circumstance of Jinxipetrochemical company's Medium Pressure Hydro-Upgrading works,analyzerespond operation parameter's influence to product quantity ,energy consumeand hydrogen consume,making sure the best usage condition of catalyst underthe condition of guaranteeing the product quantity and economic performance.Because of adopting right of production project, the catalyst still has thehigher activity.
