| Transport industry includes Pipeline, Aviation, Railway, Road and Water-transport.Pipeline transport is one of the goals which is being emphatically developed by ourgovernment. Pipeline is a main part of pipeline transport. Pipe connection by welding is thekey work in pipeline construction. So it is clear that research on the technology of pipelineautomatic welding machine has the very important theories significance and actualengineering application value.This paper uses of the design thought that the machine electricity integral to research akind of high-efficiency automatic welding machine ( call it as internal welding machine inthis text)The machine is connected the welding craft ,mechinery system, automatic controlsystem and peneumatic system together, thus carry out the big caliber piping high-speedlywelding.Through two years the internal welding machine have successly been reaserched ,itsmain technique parameters attain the design request, and passing experiment to satisfy thedemand of the actual welding. The machinery system mainly carries out the steel pipes to rise tightly , the position ofpipe and torches oppositly fix, the whole machine move,the torches circle move, fit weldingtorch's carriage and prop up the whole machines.The main control system adopts the digitalsystem, and measure the motors speed feedback, the electric voltage control system etc. Thehigh definition hardware that usees of the CPLD to manufacture an appropriation controller.The peneumatic system has 7 sets of air cylinders, 4 sets peneumatic motor.It can accuratelycomplete to move, tight, brake, position etc. Protect hybrid air( CO2+ Ar) passes thedecompression valve and the change toward valve into the 6 torches, and adjustments torches.It completely satisfy the demand of the actual welding. 8 2004, it has been used in formalconstruction in SHANJING 2th project.Now it already has welded pipeline 6 km. It almostequals the import equipments. |
