The Research Of Graphite-ferrite Anti-friction Guiding Lining

In the experiment, introducing high temperature furnace and induction furnace method to prepara the material. Using metallury microscope, SEM, EPMA and so on to examine the composite performance. Studying factors affect lining organization, tensile strength and steel wire rope's abrasive performance, such as the graphite accession quantity the graphite appearance, and grain size.Finally, educing the best synthesized sampleappending 2.5% graphite, expound graphite-ferrite composites developing prospect in other industry field.
