Study On Dynamics Behavior Of Continues Miner

Continues miner is a kind of complex machine unit which can mine coal and digging tunnel. It's configuration is special and working condition is comprehensive. On the base of mechanics analysis and applying Lagrange method, Dynamics model that has nine degree-of-freedom and mathematic model of the top hanging continuous miner are set up by simplifying and supposing. Take 12HM10 continues miner as an example, the vibration curves is obtained by solving the mathematic model. Affects that mass, stiffness of important part, revolution speed and load of drum etc. work on the vibration of continuous miner are simulated. The simulation solution not only provide a effective method and way for improving continuous miner's design, decreasing the vibration of machine and optimizing system dynamic characteristic, but also establish theory basic for designing and manufacturing state-made continuous miner with perfect performance and high level.
