Study On The Distributed Computer Control System During The Cold Rolling Manufacture

The paper is an advance topic, in which a set of small distributed control system has been researched and developed, according to lubrication characteristics during the cold rolling manufacture craft. The system has good performance and low price. In the paper, the characteristics of lubrication during the cold rolling manufacture craft and the distributed control system are analyzed and discussed in theoretically, and the system structure plan and the control plan are determined. The most important part in the paper is the research of the small distributed control system, which includes hardware design and software design. In the hardware design, an communication host computer and its lower-position processor are made, which based on two-bus technology; In the software design, monitor program with the configuration software are developed, and the system hardware driver with VC++6.0 are developed, which has used DDE and the serial-port communication technology based on VC++. Finally the field simulation test in the software and hardware has been carried on, and the experimental result is consistent with the theoretical analysis, which indicated the system has Comprehensive superiority, such as the high efficiency and reliability, good performance and low price, it applies in the lubrication during the cold rolling manufacture craft is completely feasible, and it has the very good usability.
