In metallurgical industry, it is a necessary controlling unit to adjust the pressure in the in industrial furnace by valve and position controlling system of the valve. In the article, electro-servo technology is coupled with computer technology for improving precision, velocity and adaptability of load. The scheme of system, the method of establishing mathematic model, contolling tactic of electro-servo position controlling system which is used in valve cotrolling of industrial furnace. The main content is represented as follow: 1.The whole body system of the valve controlling is analyzed and researched. Mathematic model of the electro-servo system is established and simulation is done. In order to enhance the stability of the system, the pressure signal of A and B port of servo valve is regarded as feedback signal and it is constructed that fuzzy dynamic pressure feedback system. 2. Linking to the controlling character of collecting fume in the production, the application and character of the digital PID and the fuzzy neural network is analyzed. For better adaptability of controlling to the actual work condition, new intelligent controller, that include intelligent switcher, the digital PID and the fuzzy neural network, is given. 3. Utilizing Visual C++, control software system for the electro-hydraulic angle position control servo system is developed. The software system is a software platform that includes monitor, control and diagnosis to servo valve.
