Synthesis Of Some New-Style Cephalosporins And Their Intermediate Compounds

The development of cephalosporins were briefly described in this paper, and the third-generation cephalosporin cefpiramide was also introduced.The synthesis of cefpiramide was studied.A new synthetic route was designed. Cefpiramide was synthesized successfully from diketene and 7-ACA by nine steps, including the preparation of side chains.Its structure is characterized by chromatographic separation andanalysis, IR, ~1H-NMR, MS.At the same time we synthesized some important intermediate compounds of Cefpiramide successfully. According to related documents, the ratio material of the reaction was optimized .The synthesis method of dehydroxyacetic acid, 4-hydroxy-6-methylnicotinic acid and 7-TMCA were systemically studied,and the conditions were discussed deeply.
