By way of the mostly part, rolling cylinder-canister's hole is a more-faster new technique approximately, and apply abroad in the process of cylinder-canister. This paper based on the elasticity-mold basic theory,rolling principle,and deep hole machining technique ,research the elasticity-mold distortion, process design and the confirm of technique parameter in rolling cylinder-canister's hole process. Based on an project example, design the process of complex rolling bulldozer shovel cylinder, Study the force distortion of machining course and the in rolling, it also analysis the affect factor on quality control, discuss the affect on machining purpose of technique parameter in cylinder machining process. The paper consists of five chapters, given as follows: Chapter 1 Introduction Summarize the technique actuality of national and aboard in produce cylinder-canister, gives the main content obtained in this paper, and the realism purport to complex rolling explore in bulldozer shovel cylinder machining. Chapter 2 Elasticity-Mold distortion and rolling principle The chapter analyze the principle of elasticity-mold distortion in cylinder machining process, point out in rolling process, affect by the rolling force, the workface not only bring mold distortion but also produce elasticity distortion. by discuss on the rolling principle and affect factor in rolling ,knows the rolling value which decided the case of rolling force and the state of elasticity-mold distortion, so it decide the rolling mass. Chapter 3 Analyzing of cylinder-canister machining process As an example for the T140-1 bulldozer shovel cylinder canister, bases on the character and technique request, order the process for the cylinder, after in sew-tube roughcast, adopt the push-boring and forward discharge scraps finish gruff –boring and extractive-boring rolling be use for smooth machining. Discuss the adjust machine-tool work-piece, location and install rolling value and rolling quality etc. factor. Expatiate the frame truth of the complex rolling tools, and the route of the axis-force. Utilized the parse method, push on the result for count the rolling parameter.
