The experiment adopts the technique of powder metallurgy, the raw material is ammonium paramolybdate paramoybdate, the dopant is Y2O3. the Mo-Yt alloy powder was processed by reduction process, doping and mixing. Again by pressing, sintering and processing, It produced to issue Mo-Yt alloy rod and wire that have good rolling performance;so as, the industrialization production technology route of that was taking satisfying market requirement and replacing import product finally.It had carried out detailed discussion to the way of doping for Y2O3,and quantity and process, shown as a result: the dopants had strong fineness role in reduction process course for matrix pellet, and strengthen as adding the increase of quantity. Because of powder particle size distribution and surface was changed, Feeding doponts to dry raw material will make matrix to be productive of contain oxygen quantity suddenly increase phenomenon, is unavoidable. Y2O3 don't occur chemical change in reduction process, at last, existences in matrix with covers practical which contained oxygen.Pressing test had two type ways for competition: mold pressing and cold-isotonic pressing. Shown as a result: the covers particle which contained oxygen in matrix was one of breaking sour of impressing bar .as adding the increase of quantity, the expression was stressed more. When proper work mould and technology condition was used, the powder of Mo-Yt alloy had a good pressing performance in cold-isostatic pressing, can complete process smoothly.The option of sintering way had notable influence on the chemical composition of Mo-Yt alloy. Experiment was discovered: the impurity of the alloy billet produced by direct resistance sintering was lower, than by activated sintering and medium-frequency induction sintering. Author think the sintering temperature, speed of heated, speed of the hole contracted, sintering neak growing up, and so on, It's power source of impurityelement escaped from the matrix pellet, at the same time, concerning with the atmosphere in sintering furnace.The Mo-Yt alloy sintering billets with higher density have fine processability. It can be made to rod and wire by swaging and drawing under certain technology condition. After annealing at 1300°C, it had good strength mach of plasticity that rolling smoothly. Mo-Yt alloy's recrystallization temperature scope is between 1600-1900 °C.
