Studies On Ultrahigh Pressure Extracting Conditions And Mechanismof Of Active Compounds From Cornus Officinalis Sieb.Et Zucc.

Ultrahigh pressure is non-thermal process technology, which has been successfully applied in the processing of pasteurization and sterilization in the food industries. Ultrahigh pressure extraction(UPE) is a novel extraction technology, using for active compound extraction through influencing of configuration of plant's cell. Cornus Officinalis Sieb.et Zucc. is one kinds of important traditional Chinese medicinal herb. Saponin, loganin and ursolic acid of Cornus Officinalis are the available chemical ingredients with corking pharmacological and sanitarian function. The UPE of saponin , loganin and ursolic acid in Cornus Officinalis and mechanism of UPE were studied in this paper.The operation parameters of UPE were evaluated for the percentage extraction of saponin, loganin and ursolic acid.
