Oil plays an important role in modern industry/traffic/military affairs and so on.Bulk station is as important as oil,as a ligament coordinating oil production and the transportation of product oil.With the development of automatization,the automatic management of bulk station becomes possible.This paper expounds the design of Ration Oil distribution Unit for a large-scale bulk station from a technical viewpoint,focuses on the design of the machine and Ration Oil distribution Unit in the system.The design solves the problems such as the inexactitude of the flow test& the out of control of the valve& the undependable of avoiding explosion that exists in the old oil distribution automatic system, using local BUS technique and hardware hot backup, combing the algorithm of oil density dynamic compensation & valve inertia grope automatically.Firstly, this paper introduces the design of hardware and software for the Ration Oil distribution Unit, provides a series of schemes including schematic & PCB & software module. Secondly, this paper constitutes the stipulations of an agreement on the machine and Ration Oil distribution Unit basing on the CAN2.0 agreement, in order to guarantee the reliability and real time of the communication.Lastly, the paper focuses on the theory and algorithm for oil density dynamic compensation&valve inertia grope automatically&hardware hot backup, evaluates the improvement of the reliability of the system inducting the hardware hot backup, blending both theory and practice.
