Economic development for the people's living standards have greatly improved, the volume of municipal waste generated in the average annual rate of 10%, urban garbage polluted the environment and created a waste of resources, It has become China's urban environment facing the most severe challenges. Anaerobic fermentation processing of biological waste is one of the effective ways that make urban garbage "reductions, technology and resources", in recent years it received attention from experts.Refuse of farm fair on the Huangshan Road as research subject, combined with the Anhui Provincial Natural Science Foundation of the "the nature of classified biological refuse and biological treatment research (composting and biogas production)", Anhui learning science research projects, "the source separation of garbage and biological rapid fermentation applied research." Through monitoring anaerobic fermentation of reductive sugar, semi - cellulose enzyme, cellulose enzyme, the pH of indicators, research impact of vaccinal matter, particle degrees, the pH, temperature and other factors on the fermentation gas and methane content. Study and found:(1) The rate of vaccination from vaccinal matter on the impact of a response is significant. When the concentration of certain materials, gas production of 5/3 and 5/4 the rate of materials concentrations are always higher than the other three ratios, the system off gas smooth process, which started on the system speed will be beneficial. Temperature experiments emerged acidified phenomenon, and it seriously affected the methane bacteria growth,methane content is low, while reductive sugar, cellulose enzyme, semi -cellulose enzymes are subject to the effects of acidified phenomenon, enzyme vitality low. Therefore we should regularly monitor once pH too low, the pH should be adjusted timely to create a good environment for the growth of methane.(4) Initial pH of 7.5 and 9 response cans of 5 jar have high methane content, adjustment the initial pH can increase semi - cellulose enzymes and cellulose enzyme vitality, semi - cellulose enzymes and cellulose enzyme of 7.5 and 9 higher than others. Adjusting initial pH of the material is beneficial.
