With the deep exploitation of oilfield, the influence of impenetrable thin interbed and itsarchitecture inside the monosandbody on the injectant driving oil and remaining oil distribution,specially on the reservoir which mostly is fluvial channel sand body with strong heterogeneity,calls our more attention. This paper does delicate research on the thin separate bedding andarchitecture inside the monosandbody on the basis of Honggang oilfield in Ji Lin.To start with the key core well, connected with this area's background, we set up edimentarymicrofacies patterns and sedimentary model;on the condition of secondary infilling pattern, plotout and contrast Fuyang reservior subtly by monosandbody rank, set up relevant loggingmicrofacies patterns, then do monosandbody discernment well by well and layer by layer, at lastcombine the plane pattern and draw sedimentation units plane sedimentary microfacies charts 。Depending on the works mentioned above, under the guide of A.D.Miall's river microfacereservoir architecture method,summarizing the achievement in research of field outcrop andfluvial modern deposit, doing architectural research on large and complex sand body and theinside of monosandbody, identifying the fourth grade lateral accretion body and thin separatebedding inside the monosandbody, we analyze its genesis. In the end, according to the practice,utilizing the results in research, we analyze the influence of monosandbody's inner architecture ofthin separate bedding on injectant driving oil to oilfield and the formation and distribution ofresidual oil.
