| With the rapid development of the economics, the municipal solid waste becomes a severe problem for it is bringing great pollution and difficult to be disposed. At present, the major treatment technologies are landfill, incineration and composting. Leachate is the secondary pollution from municipal solid waste. It's usually treated by physico-chemical method or by biological method. However, neither of these two treatments can make sure that the leachate be treated to be qualified for the standard. Thus, it's a hot point to find out a new treatment.at home and abroad. Both Fenton-Microwave irradiation technology and ultrasonic irradiation used in this paper belongs to the category of Advanced Oxidation Process. And they were being used in research on different kind of wastewater treatment. It's not seen that Fenton-Microwave irradiation being used as advanced treatment in the research.The paper introduces the study development on the treatment of landfill leachate at the begining. Then it summarizes the things about the application of Advanced Oxidation Process in leachate while put the microwave irradiation forward after that. And it enumerates some application of it in the wastewater treating field.The wastewater used in the experiment, which is treated by biological method, comes from Shanghai Jiangqiao MSW Incineration Plant. The paper uses the Fenton-Microwave irradiation treatment as its advanced treatment at first. Through the experiment, it's found that the clearance of CODCr, chroma and NH3-N can be up to 74.50%, 97.76% 43.28% respectively(originally, COD: 8001400mg/L, BOD: 40120mg/L, BOD/COD<0.1, chroma: 1000-2000, NH3-N: 350500mg/L). The main reaction mechanism are: oxidation effect of OH, the sorption effect of GAC and the conjunction effect of Fenton-Microwave irradiation.In the later experimental period, the Ultrasonic irradiation was used to treat the landfill leachate. It's also found that the clearance of CODCr, chroma and NH3-N can be up to57.12% 88.75% 65.28%. And The main reaction mechanism are: oxidation effect of OH, high temperature pyrogenationa and supercritical water oxidation.Compared with Ultrasonic irradiation, Fenton-Microwave irradiation can clearthe COD and chroma better than the former, Though the clearance of NH3-N can not achieve the leval of it, it's recommended that Fenton-Microwave irradiation being used as the advanced treatment for landfill leachate with some successive treaing methods behind it. |
