Using Delphi7 as system development tool, Microsoft SQL Server as database, thepurposes are more effective to implement basic information query andmaintenance, water environment evaluation, water quality report exportand etc functionalities, and implement the earth's surface river waterquality inspective transaction process with professional automated andscientific management in daily basic. To improve related managementdepartments' management approaches, increase the inspectiveinformation accuracy and reliability, to provide scientific informationfor management decision making, provide the information guaranteeservice to public.
