Human living environment degradation is new century continuingdevelopment in face of problem in whole world, protect water resource,improve water environment become a very importance task in every levelof government from now to future. Automatic water inspection technologyis very importance and efficiency instrument for water resourceprotection.Currently water inspection information is according every level ofwater environment inspection laboratory, and the information transferin between water environment inspection and management departments,transaction and management are done by manual work method. Theinformation management speed is slow, management efficiency and workefficiency are low, the water quality information difficult to reflectwater situation on time,unable to discover the water pollution casesuddenly happen, it is can not fulfill requirements of high levelinformation management. Base on current fast growing high-tech,electronic technology, communication technology and computer technologyare widely used;those provide strong support to the water resourcemanagement to become modernization.The purpose of this article is to investigate and discuss aboutcreation of Tianjin Automatic Water Environment Inspection InformationManagement System, it is integrate with oversea high-level sensortechnology, the inspective information is real time automatic collection,storage, and utilize the wire telephone, hand phone and etc to transferinformation to control center, through the computer technology andmultimedia technology routinely to inspect water environment dataautomatically, and analysis water environment related information toproduce evaluation and forecast information.The main point of this article is research The Water QualityInspection Information Management System Development. While manage andanalysis existing elementary data, they are integrated with computer,water quality inspection and etc multiple technology, to integrate theelementary data and graphic diagram and etc to become one. Using Delphi7 as system development tool, Microsoft SQL Server as database, thepurposes are more effective to implement basic information query andmaintenance, water environment evaluation, water quality report exportand etc functionalities, and implement the earth's surface river waterquality inspective transaction process with professional automated andscientific management in daily basic. To improve related managementdepartments' management approaches, increase the inspectiveinformation accuracy and reliability, to provide scientific informationfor management decision making, provide the information guaranteeservice to public.
