This is a part of a subject " study on the sludge disposal and the reclamation in the urban dredged sewage river sediment (serial number of project: 043111811)". The main research object is to utilize phytoremediation to solve the pollution of the heavy metal-organic matter in the dredged sewage river sediment,and to seek a recycle treatment way about it. At present, ninety percent of the urban rivers are polluted seriously in our country, so the key question, how to treat the dredged sewage river sediment,have already become important and difficult at the point of the urban building ecosystem. As everyone knows, polluted river contained a large amount of pollutant dredged sewage river sediment, especially such pollutants as the heavy metal-organic matter,etc., exceeding standard seriously. It is a main factor of limiting the recycle treatment of the dredged sewage river sediment. This paper utilizes the hyperaccumulator plant of heavy metal that exists in the nature to shift the heavy metal out of the bottom of mud. It is an effective way to solve the problem in the river dredged sewage river sediment. The author chooses a plant-Lolium multiflorum Lam to cultivate by pot experiment for two growing seasons. Though this way the sediment are to be researched on the heavy metal-organic, and specially to analysis the content change of the heavy metal (Zn,Pb,Cu,Cd,Ni)and the organic matter within the plant after dredged sewage river sediment, the changing of the heavy-metals configuration and crystal lattice, the increasing of the urease activity and multi-hydroxybenzene oxidation enzyme activity, rhizosphere function and relevant mechanism in the plant, the quantity and sorts of the microorganism in the rhizosphere of the dredged sewage river sediment.The experimental result shows: Because the black wheat grasses' activities of rhizosphere has promoted the growth of the root border microorganism, improved the quantity and activation of the microorganism, had higher accumulation ability to the heavy metal in the bottom mud,so it is an effective plant of getting rid of the organic contamination too. In addition, considering the recycle treatment of the dredged sewage river sediment , which is closely related to above-mentioned content issue of this field,has been the focal point all the time,so this text develops a kind of a physics dredge and carries out a biological disposal upon new thinking combined to realize the recycle treatment. Moreover, the reclamation of the dredged sewage river sediment that appears in recent years is to be introduced comparatively in the detail,and discussed and compared the pluses and minuses of different methods on this basis,and optimized through all kinds of flows. |
