| With the development of power electronic technology, more and more powerelectronic devices are applied to industry, for civil use and military domain, theElectromagnetic Interference (EMI) has becomed one of the serious problems in thefield of power electronics. Harmonics, which are from heavy EMI, can not onlyreduce the performance of the system itself, but also pollute the environment. As thesource of serious EMI, the harmonics are more protruding in the arc weldingconverter, and the research need to be gone deep into.This paper discloses the spectrum character of the conducted interference signalsin electrical welding machine with wavelet package. As the same time, by using ofMatlab simulation software, this paper finds out the principles of conductedinterference in ZX7—160 arc welding converter.The Active Power Filter, which can compensate simultaneously the harmonicsand reactive power of non-linear loads, is a good method to eliminate the harmonicpollution. This paper discussed several methods for limiting the harmonics, andmainly designed the active power filter and it's simulation model. A method ofinspecting the harmonics based on instantaneous reactive power is presented. Thismethod can inspect the harmonic component and reactive power immediately.Based on this prototype, using MATLAB, which is a simulated tool for powersystem, is to prove it. The results of simulation are presented to conform theeffectiveness of APF. |
