Licnsinine is the primary pharmacal component of capsule for relaxing heart andstepping down blood pressure, which is developing by the second pharmacy factory ofTianjin Darentang. In this paper, the absorbent composed of modified silicon oxidepowder is applied to remove chlorophyll from the lotus alcoholic liquor in order toresearch the adsorption mechanics. The orthogonal separation experimentation foundedon the characteristics of Licnsinine and Chlorophyll is done. Feasible operationconditions of separating Chlorophyll from Licnsinine with TD-021 is detetminedthrough studying on the separate effect of Chlorophyll and Licnsinine affected by theconcentration of materiel and the rate of water opposite ethanol, pH, adsorption time,adsorbent amount, mixing speed. And according to the conclusion, the main factorswhich affect adsorption are the concentration of materiel and the rate of water oppositeethanol, pH, adsorption time, adsorbent amount. The more accurate operationalconditions are drawn through researching the four main factors individually.The isothermal adsorption curves at different temperatures is drawn andadsorption dynamics experiment is done, that offer the theoretical basis of confirmingthe material concentration and adsorbent amount in the adsorption system. Theconclusion of the adsorption mass transfer speed is controlled by particle innerdiffusion is drawn buy the adsorption dynamics data and corresponding numericanalysis and analogue.The conclusion that the adhesion and twinning hydroxyl group is the effectiveadsorption functional group is drawn buy comparing the infra-red spectrum of TD-021and the infra-red spectrum of TD-10 which is similar with TD-021. Through assayingthe Zeta potential at different pH, different rate of water opposite ethanol and analyzingthe scanning electron microscope picture, the acting mechanice of modifying agent toTD-021 is obtained...
