As the important part of the sheet offset press, the sheet-transferring mechanism is a series mechanism made up of the cam and linkage, its dynamic performance influences the overprint precision of presswork directly, such as the motion law's type of the cam follower, the geometry parameter of the rod, the material of the rod, the speeds of the machine and etc. The dynamic analysis of the sheet-transferring mechanism has actual value for enhancing the repeated precision of the mechanism and carrying on the dynamic optimal design. For the eccentricity swing sheet-transferring mechanism, the kinematics is analyzed, the dynamics modeling and the mechanism optimization is studied, and the software of integrated analyses and optimizing design is developed in the paper. The main contribution of the dissertation is:1. Some kinds of motion laws of high speed mechanism follower were analyzed, the rigid kinematics of the sheet-transferring mechanism was researched with the complex-algebra-vector solution, and the kinematics synthesis of the geometry-closed cam mechanism was studied;2. The dynamic statics of the mechanism was analyzed based on the D'Alembett's principle, And the parameters of the gemel's force and the driver moment are calculated;3. Considering of the elastic distortion of the rotating speed and the repeated precision of the mechanism, the elastic dynamics of the mechanism was analyzed using the dynamics finite element theory based on the rational hypothesis, the effective measures of controlling the position precision of the gripper were discussed, and the influence on the repeated precision withdifferent rotation speed and eccentric distance was researched;4. With the mixed programming, the parameterization software was developed with the VC and Matlab, which improved the computer efficiency, the Olectra Chart control was adopted to display the analysis results directly, which gave a more friendly display interface.
