| The control of soft rock roadway stability, especially the control of soft rock roadway under the high stress is always one of the difficult problem. In theory and in practice, soft rock timbering is compound form on the whole, which sometimes cost large or can't reach expect purpose. It is no doubt worth studying that how to make good use of bolt-net-tightwire united timbering in soft roke roadway, in that this united timbering is advanced and economical. This paper takes the Hongmiao colliery"coal bed 5-1 south working face conveyance roadway on Sector 5 of Pit 2"for the project example, The theoretical calculation has been worked-out for the wall rock characteristics on high-stress soft rock roadway at Sector 5 of Pit 2 according to Hoke-Ladanyi theory. Simultaneously, it carried on the computer value simulation for the wall rock stress distribution beginning roadway dig-in, the original timbering way and the united timbering type of bolt-net-tightwire utilized RFPA data analysis software.Designs bolt-net-tightwire united timbering way through the theoretical calculation and the computer simulation. Through the roadway experiment and the observation result, implemented to this mine high stress soft roadway the bolt-net-tightwire united timbering obtained success, solved the mine's difficult problem of high stress soft roadway timbering. |
